Default ZEN INTERNET

What a great sunrise Zen's most brilliant news server is down yet
again this morning Is Zen totally incapable of keeping their
server on line for more than 14 days or what ! .
This is getting really pathetic they either provide a news service or
they don't and should not say that they do and then hardly ever
maintain it or keep it working . Of course Zen support will come along
with some flimsy excuse for the latest fiasco like they always do I
can feel them dreaming up another excuse now !!!!! .

Shut the fuck up you cockroach of a pathetic excuse for a human being.
You're the biggest fucking scum i've encountered and I do hope after
you've thoroughly pissed Zen off enough they'll cancel your service.
You're an odious little sod who takes great pleasure in condemning
disabled people (i've seen the posts) and other people within society.

Now do us all a favour and fuck off, or invent some other pseudonym.

So do I also move to another district if my local council
only empty my rubbish bin when they feel like doing so !!!
I am paying for this service and running away is not the answer
the answer is for Zen to employ staff that are capable of doing what
they are paid for .
As other people besides myself have remarked they are quick enough at
taking money that part of the operation never goes off line .

Want me to supply URL from google of your Demon history, Chew face?

: Incidently I have sent a complaint to his ISP .

I don't know what good that will do as I don't use their servers for
usenet access. Here send one to Clara - (E-Mail Removed) - they'll tell
you where to fuck off.

What difference do you think that makes? Do you access Clara through
Zen?

You may well be right that no action will be taken, but naive if you
think that because you use clara for usenet that this would protect
you from Zens T&C.

When I joined Zen, they advertised the fact that they have newsgroup access
and unlimited downloads.
Over the past month, the news server has gone down at least once per week.
Personally, and I work it IT, I think that is the very embarassing for Zen.
Again, personally, I getting unhappy with the newsgroup service. I do hop
ethis resolves itself or I'll need to use another ISP.

Then that is a very arrogant and foolish stance.

Not arguing on that issue - but they would be entitled to, if they
felt the need.

Do you even bother to read Zens T&C?

They state:

"All issues regarding USENET ‘news’ abuse issues originating from Zen
customers. "

Note, it does not mention through Zens usenet service - just usenet
abuse.

Are you trying to say that no one gets their accounts pulled without a
court order? What a strange notion.

>Only the most foolish and inexperienced of ISPs would take action.

An ISP can basically do what it wants to. That comment sounds like you
are throwing down a guantlet. What you gonna do if they chose to pull
your account? Sue them? Big mistake.

Lets make it clear. I am not stating that you have done enough for Zen
to react. However, prove me wrong. Start spamming newsgroups etc, and
see if Zen dont react on it. Some ISPs are pretty strict. Dont know if
Zen are one of those, but if they are, its a sure fire way to prove if
you are correct or not in your "court order" statement.

BTW. I am not some net nanny who fires off "abuse reports". I am
replying purely because you seem to be over confident on things I
think you are incorrect on.

>Clear?

Yes, many things have become crystal clear.
