UK Broadband Usergroup News.
BTWholesale are today continuing to monitor the situation with their Cisco routers due to a potential DoS risk. Cisco Systems released a security advisory on 18th July whereby Denial of Service attacks could be launched against Cisco branded routers by way of sending specific packets. This could cause the interface to cease processing of further [legitimate] packets. http://shorl.com/batutysonodra -- Andy Jenkins UK Broadband Usergroup : http://www.uk-bug.net Andy Jenkins |

Why are BT making such a fuss? IMHO they have been using this as a "convenient excuse" for all sorts of things which have nothing to do with it over the last couple of days. -- _ Rev.
