Default Problem mapping remote drive

I have configured an employee's machine to connect to the office network via
a vpn connection. However, when I attempt to map a server drive to the
user's machine, I click the "Connect using a different user name" option and
supply the credentials which works okay - but then I am presented with
another username/password dialog to connect to the server.

How do I overcome this problem?

Thanks in advance,

Mervin Williams

Default Re: Problem mapping remote drive

Try selecting the checkbox "Logon using dial-up connection" when initiating
the VPN connection so that you are authenticated to the domain before
accessing the remote resources.
