Automatically detaching an attachment to a PC Folder

I am planning to setup a Win2003 mail service. I get everyday a email
with same subject line a text file attachment I want to automate the
export and saving of this attachment to a Windows folder.

Please note I am a newbie to mail services please provide me detailed
instructions if possible some sample scripting code to automate the
attachment extraction.
