problems with pc to phone

i m using iconnecthere.com pc to phone. i ve downloaded
the software for it. when i start opening pc to phone, it
works till logging in. when i make test call, it does
nothing and i could not even hang up the line. could u pls
help? i m using windows 98se now.

PS. i had the same problem with another computer with
Windows xp. so i downloaded the following file and it
works:

"Q316397_WXP_SP1_x86_ENU"
