Since you've been sharing the internet connection you must realize that you
don't need Internet Connection Sharing ICS installed when using a router. If you insist you'll probably find the files you need in a folder on the hard drive usually named Cabs, however I'm not entirely sure that's where IBM places these files. Just search your drive for a folder with a lot of files in it with the cab extension. You'll need to point the install at that folder. Recovery CD's usually consist of password protected zip files not cab files and only starting the recovery process which formats your hard drive and reinstalls everything from scratch will open these zipped files. You really just need to turn on file and printer sharing under network properties in the control panel then right click and share folders or right click and install network printers under printers.
