Does anyone know of client software that will allow an XP Pro machine to
authenticate on two or more domains at the same time? I can't remember the name, but I think I ran into such a product in a news group a while back (but didn't need it then). My web search turned up nothing. Thanks, Joe JRE |

Thanks, but not exactly what I'm looking for. The software I recall allowed
a user to log on to multiple (maybe only two or three) domains in one session, so the user doesn't have to log off of one domain and log on to another. Hmmm, I know of nothing that does this - can't the user just log into the
primary domain as normal, and then access resources on the other domain's servers by providing the remote credentials? JRE wrote: > Thanks, but not exactly what I'm looking for. I have no problem accessing normal network resources
(shares/directories/files/printers, etc.). The reason I'm looking for multiple domain software is based on some SQL Server/Windows authentication issues that I can't seem to resolve (ODBC with SQL Server authentication DSN to a mixed authentication mode SQL Server from outside it's domain doesn't work...posted to microsoft.public.access.odbcclientsvr). I just want to do my database development/maintenance on two SQL Servers located on two different non-trusted (gotta stay that way) domains without having to logoff from one domain and logon to another.
