I have recently installed a home network, and the
netsetup.exe floppy disk reads "the package is not compatible with the version of windows you are running". This netsetup.exe clearly says that it is compatible with windows98 SE which is the version I am running. Any help or simple upgrades to allow for this program to run would be appreciated Thanks Mark Mayson |

I'm getting a similar problem running netsetup.exe on
Win98SE. When I run it, it installs something and then says it needs to restart the computer. After restart it says it can't find or open these dlls because they're either missing from the c:\windows\system directory or are corrupt: upnp.dll and hnetwiz.dll I've looked in that directory and they're indeed there. My Windows SE is up to date with the latest patches and updates. |
