Default Win 2K3 Standard Server with multiple IPs

Hi

I am running a Windows 2003 Server, with IIS. Since we have multiple websites with SSL, i have multiple IPs binded to one NIC. The problem is that everytime i restart the server the last IP address in the list does not does not get binded to the NIC. The server has a question mark over the icon. I cannot fix it by doing a 'Repair'. The only way to fix it is by removing the IP address from the list, applying the changes, and then readding it.
I have about 11 IPs binded to it, if that makes a difference

Any help would be appreciated

Badri

Just an addon
It is a Dell poweredge 2650, and the nics are Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit
Ethernet. The ethernet drivers are signed by MS and provide by Dell.

Why 11 IP´s? You don´t have to use a new IP for every new
website. With the use of "host-headers" you can reduse
this to (maybe) one single IP. The use of multiple IP´s
causes a great loss in performance.

To resolve your problem I would recommend to reduce the
number of IP´s.

Well I use 11 IPs because all those websites use SSL, and SSL and
hostheaders do not work togeather.( part of HTTP spec)
