System Doesn't Know Network Card is Present

I installed Linksys WMP11 ver. 2.7 wirelss cards on 4
computers. The machine running ME doesn't know that the
connection is present, even though Device Manager
indicates that the card is working properly and the
drivers are installed. This is an internet access problem
as well as a network problem since the computer fails to
recognize that it has a connection to the outside world.
