Fulfilling The Wireless Java Promise
21st - 23rd January 2004
Central London UK

Wireless data uptake and usage is set to grow over the next two years and
market players need to ensure that they are well positioned to profit from
these new opportunities. Wireless Java is a key platform that will enable
this to happen. This conference is the latest in Marcus Evans' popular
Wireless Java series of events. This year the theme is "Fulfilling the
Wireless Java Promise". The conference is designed to address the issues
faced by mobile operators deploying wireless Java, in the context of
operator strategies for the delivery of advanced mobile data services.

Why porting to Symbian OST now will give you the competitive edge. In this
paper the authors look at the compelling arguments for developing software
for Symbian-powered Smartphones. There is particular emphasis on why
companies that have developed for PDA platforms such as the Pocket PC should
be porting their technology to Symbian OS.
