Switching from Wired connection to wireless

I have a laptop that has wireless built in and when I am plugged in a cat 5
cable the laptop will go connect to the network using the Ethernet cable, and
when I unplug the cable the laptop goes to wireless which is good.

But when I plug the laptop back into the Ethernet (wired) port the laptop
will stay connected to the wireless network. Is there a way to have the
laptop go back to the wired connection once the laptop is plugged back into
the Ethernet port?

Have you tried disabling the Wireless Connection right after you plug in the
Ethernet cable? Or do you want it to be automatic?

Is there a native XP funtionality to allow you to create automatic policy to
reconnect the main Ethernet and then disable WIFI after it sence it back on
line?

Did you ever find a solution? I am insterested in this as well since it can
be a security hole.
