Is there a way to transfer wlan settings from one machine with Windows XP to
another. My company is changing wireless authenication methods from WEP to
WPA and I was wondering if there was a way to export and apply these new
settings to other machines. I have read the netsh can be used to export
profiles, but from my researh, it appears that it only works with Vista. Any
help is appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, netsh can export and import wlan in Vista. One option you may help is
export/import wireless settings using regedit, but I don't have details.

Yes, I understand the difference in WEP and WPA. What I would like to
accomplish is setting up a wireless profile using WPA on a machine, export
it, and then push it out through GPO or some scripted manner. I saw that this
could be done on Vista, but can't find anything on how to do it with XP. I
will look further for answers. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks.
