how to switch FSMO roles

Hey All,
Have a single Windows 2000 DC , I also have a new windows 2003 server box,
which I want to perform the same functions as the 2000 DC and remove the
2000 DC from the LAN permanently . How do I transfer the FSMO roles? Also,
Do I need to use ADMT for all user accounts and computer accounts or, the
transfer of the FSMO roles will do the trick. Thank you.

(microsoft.public.windows.server.setup).

Try to avoid multi-posting and use cross-posting (enter all newsgroups that
