Switch firewall profile public <-> private in Server 2008/Vista

Hi,

I am searching for a way to switch the active network location between
public and private -- without using the GUI (networking & sharing center).
Is there a way to do it on the command line? I tried netsh but I wasn't
able to find a solution...
