SuSEFirewall2 and FW_REDIRECT

Hello!

I have a problem with SuSEFirewall2 on SuSE Linux 8.2. I have set the
redirect-rule in the configurationfile:
"FW_REDIRECT="193.141.186.0/24,0/0,tcp,80,3128"

Then, i have deactivated the Proxy in my browser, but all URL was
snipped and squid generate a message that can´t receive this URL. Also:
http://www.heise.de appears in the generated squid-log as : "/".

What can i do?
