Hi everyone,

I have recently installed Suse 9.1 on my new notebook. I would like to be
able to login against my Windows 2000 domain. I have installed Samba and
using YAST I was able to join to my domain. I am able to share folders and
can browse those folders from my Windows machines.

When I logout KDM displays a list of users from my active directory. If I
select one of these users and type the *wrong* password I get a "login
failed" message. This seems to confirm to me that the password is in fact
being checked against the domain controller.

If I enter the correct password however I get "Xsession: login for
DOMAIN\User is disabled".

Thanks for any ideas,

Ken.
