Immaculate conception software is the buzzword for software that

Incidentally, the buzzword for surveillance software is "security

i see you're using windows so i doubt you'd get one _with_ source code.

I think most of it is compiled into machine code by the time it
gets to the consumer. From what I've seen, source code is usually
not supplied with the compiled machine code in commercial
applications.
