Yes, your right, broadband doesn't suck, just frustration coming out!
I tried everything I can think of plus everything that Tiscali
suggested during at least 6 phone calls over the whole of Saturday.
Eventually they checked the line and reported a very bad connection
which they are now passing up the ladder to someone to sort out over
the next 2-3 working days--I hope.
Have to say that so far I'm not too impressed with Tiscali but there
again it could be that frustration.
Thanks for your advice.
Just one question, which ISP would you recommend?
