Support Tuner

I get a message when starting up "The Support Tuner has
encountered a network error". I clicked OK to clear the
message. When using Internet Explorer it works for a
short time, about a minute, then locks up. I can't find
any information on this error box. Any ideas?

I have Macafee installed and updated.

Is this a Dell computer?
