Does anyone know of any broadband suppliers (ISP's) which offer broadband
with no contract?

Thanks

Zen (www.zenadsl.com) and PlusNet (www.plus.net) are two ISPs among others
that both offer ADSL service on a month-by-month basis.

there aren't any. You enter into a contract for the supply of a
service - how else are you going to get it ?

And any ISP has to enter into a contract with BT to supply ADSL on your line!

Maybe those ISP's that offer "no contract" are in fact offering a
"minimum 1 month" contract with 30 days notice to cancel? In addition
to those mentioned by Seb, Telecom plus also offer "no contract"
broadband.

Do the ISP's have to commit to a 1 year contract with BT or is the
relationship more flexible than that between customer and ISP?

the BT wholesale contract term is 1 month minimum, it'll be on the
online pricelist. There may be suppliers with no notice, but there are
none with no contract.
