supanet questions

Hi thinking of switching to Supanet 2 questions:-

1 - are they any good

2 - I do alot of downloading music movies etc via peer to peer on they
website they say no download limits but also say this "Subject to strict
enforcement of copyright law on peer to peer traffic" does this mean they
block peer to peer downloading etc.

it means they look at what you're doing and will have you in court, or
help others to do so, if yo contravene the copyright laws.
