Suddenly degraded range?

I have a Sitecom 802.11g station and card. The station sits on my
network in the bedroom and the card in the laptop (mostly in the
living room about 10m and one wall away).

Until now, I have NEVER had a problem with reception (about 4 months
now), but suddenly, I get no reception in the living room at all. If
I bring the laptop near to the bedroom (pretty much line of sight),
the card connects immediately, but in the living room, I get nothing.

Any ideas?

Try changing the channel on your WAP.
Try turning off your WAP, and looking for a wireless signal in your living
room.
