Normally when supplying username and passwords in such a case, you would
normally need to supply either the machine or domain name. Since this is not
an AD domain, you would supply the machine name, such as:
machinename\username
password
What is probably happening it's authenticating against it's local account
'administrator' or whatever the duplicate username is being used and not the
workstation's logged on token.
How to prevent it? Synch up the passwords or eliminate the dupes.
