Stop users creatiing a shortcut to \\servername

Hi all

We want to stop users being able to create a shortcut to \\servername

I know there isn't anything really interesting in there but if a share is
created and file permissions aren't done correctly then it could allow
access. Is there anywhere on the server itself to change this? We don't want
to stop users being able to create shortcuts, just stop them browsing the
servers.
