As the last response said.
Check your configuration in your router or start from
scratch. Also, you may want to clear the cache in the
router and the pc. To clear the cache in the router, turn
it off disconnect the cables and leave it for about 10 to
30 minutes, also turn your PC off. After that, turn your
DSL modem, and connect all the cables back again, and
turn your PC on. Start the setup wizard in the base
station and follow the instructions. Make sure that you
follow the instructions, this Base Station is so
meticulous about following steps.
