Ok, I just saw this item.
SMTP 4006 errors are usually vreated becasue of somone elses mail system.
Your are probably DNS related. You will want to make sure that you have an
MX record,a PTR record, and prefferabley an SPF record or most mail systems
will refuse to accept mail from your relay.
Not all, but most.
