Is it just me, or is it every time I upgrade my line speed, Piscali drag
their heels? Evey time I have done an online upgrade, it has taken a
followup email to activate the upgrade. Is their system capable of doing an
automaitic upgrade?

Why don't you find a decent ISP ?

It does look that way sometimes. Maybe they like having something to moan about
(not joking either) ?

Cos I am moving house, and don't want to pay for a year of BB if I only stay
for another 2 months.

Is there an ISP that lets you use 200 gigs a month without whining (as long
as it is not 6pm-midnight) for £15/month?
