Still NOthing - HELP

I"ve got NO software firewalls running.....If I connect a computer DIRECTLY
to the MN-500 router it will map to a share on my domain....If I connect a
computer DIRECTLY to the HUB which is attahced to the Router via
UPLINK....it only gets an ip and WILL NOT FIND ANY NEWORK SHARES.......

HELP!!!!!!!!
