We current have 3 static IP's from our ISP. I know what two of them are usd
for however the third one I don't hav a clue what is using it. Anybody know
how I could find out what is using it or if it is being used at all?

can you ping it? If not its not used. If it is you need to figure out if
internal or external and then track from there.
