Static IP's mixed with DHCP?

I've been hunting through my MN-700's settings, and I can't
find a way to set a static IP by MAC address (or by
anything, for that matter), which seems necessary if I'm
configuring Port Forwarding. Each time my router locks up
(which is a daily occurance for me) it seems to want to
assign a different IP to my systems, which kills all of my
port forwarding setup. Is there either a way to have
dynamic port forwarding (port forwarding by MAC) or a way
to set static IP's inside the network while leaving DHCP
turned on? Thanks!

Use an IP address outside of the DHCP range.

Use Application triggered port forwarding -- that works
with DHCP except when running multiple servers within the
LAN

Otherwise follow the other poster instructions

the type of port forwarding, persistent versue application triggered
depends on what program is being used and its requirements.

That won't work if you have an application that needs listening ports.
In addition, an app triggered port forward will only stay open for ~ 2
minutes unless another port request to the trigger port is made.
