I am trying to print to a network printer. In me when I try to add a printer
it does not give me a option to put in a tcp/ip port. What do I need to do?

usually the "Server" acts a the print spooler (where the network print
software is installed)

find your server on the network and see if it sharing a printer

If it is an HP printer you need the "HP TCP/IP Printer Wizard" software that
came with the printer on the driver CD. If it is not an HP printer you're
probably out of luck as Windows 98 does not support direct TCP/IP Printing.
