Stale Nfs File Handle

Hi,

When ever i do any linking iam getting "Stale NFS file handle
error"

It is searching in the clearcase vob which is mounted from the
vobserver.
If i cd into it it goes fine but when linking its giving this error

Any help would be greatly appricieated.
