SSL (web)mail hosting

Can anyone recommend a basic (and cheap) host for mail? I'm thinking of:

A .uk domain (can be done separately, but nice to have it integrated)
0.5-1GB storage
Webmail
IMAP
Outbound SMTP with auth
Not a great deal of bandwidth (maybe 250MB per month)

SSL with all the above. It doesn't need to be on the domain
(https://mydomain.co.uk/), but I don't want to pay extra for an SSL cert and
a separate IP. I suppose self-signed certs are a possibility, but it would
be better just to use https://webmail.isp.com/ instead.

Possibly some basic web hosting might be useful too. PHP, databases etc are
nice, but not vital.

I've found some providers at a tenner a year, but SSL is more tricky and the
costs rapidly start mounting up when you have to buy certs. Sending
passwords in the clear isn't a bright idea these days.

Any suggestions for people to look at?

Thanks
Theo

Maybe Gandi (http://www.gandi.net - although I am not entirely sure about
the outbound SMTP) or Google Apps
(http://www.google.com/a/cpanel/domain/new).

Godaddy meets your requirements - been using them for years. Excellent
web-mail interface as well.
