Speedtouch 530

Cannot reset the userid. Done by the book and then "Save All". But when
looing at the Connections screen again, the userid has reverted to the
original.

Any ideas appreciated.

Some ideas. Did you hit "Apply" on the user login page, and then hit
"Save All" on the home page? Are you using profiles which also
require an "Apply" on the last page of the wizard? Did you check
"save password" on the connections page, which also saves the userid?
Is your browser reading the status page from your browser cache
instead of from the modem (i.e. old status info)?
