Is there any way of checking just what sort of donload speeds you are
getting?

I used to be able to do this for dialup - and found the odem was not getting
what it said it had logged on at.

A small utility would be good.

Thanks.

On NT, Win2000 and probably XP you can use the performance monitor to
view your network traffic. If you connect via a LAN you should ensure
there is no other traffic to confuse the results.

Anyone who qualifies their comments with "just my
