Hi,

I scooped up a spectrum analyzer on Ebay for less than a hundred bucks. It
consists of the software, drivers and a PCMCIA NIC for my notebook computer.
(a PCI to PCMCIA card would work if I wanted to put it in my desktop.

Anyway, I see many people asking questions about connection rates and poor
signals, etc. I had the same problem until I bought my Spectrum Analyzer on
Ebay.... I installed the drivers, the card and the utility and started
analyzing the 2.4 Ghz range, and discovered my neighbor had an AP on channel
6, and my other neighbor had one on channel 11.

So, I configured my AP to be on channel 1, and it has been working
flawlessly ever since. Thought I would share that with everyone.

Tim

Are you selling these things, as I have seen you post this a couple of
times?

And not under the same name but with almost the same text in the posting.
