Spamcop seems to be blocking outbound mail from UK2NET

Just to let all you happy chappies (and chapesses) out there know just
in case it affects you.

Spamcop does not block email. It is the ISP (or other entity) which
consults spamcop and decides (based on the spamcop listing and
possibly other criteria) to block the email.

OK, a terminology problem - Spamcop might thus be said to have a listing
for UK2.Net and causes mail (at any server taking notice) to block items!

I've recently mentioned the uk2 0845 service to someone who wanted a dial
up access account without having to sign up (from a PC which had been on
the Supanet service). Peter M.
