sound only works under admin account

Someone asked me to help them with a WinXP problem. A dell XP box
connected to BT Broadband. Problems: No audio under Yahoo messenger
except as administrator. Where do I click to enable group access to
the sound card?

Not really a broadband issue - you might be better off asking in a
group/forum more focused on Micrsoft Windows XP problems.
