SOS - Wireless Issue

I'm not sure what's happened but all of a sudden one on the computers on
my home network doesn't have network access. Two of the three are fine.
I have a 108Mbps Wireless Router. It says that I have an excellent
signal and is sending packets but show none as being received.

Rookie at work...

On the affected computer:
Click Start -> Run and type
CMD
Press [Enter] to open a CMD window.
Type
IPCONFIG /ALL
Press [Enter]
Copy all output and paste into a post here.
