I'm trying to use a Solaris 9 DHCP server to provide boot information for a
linux Kickstart.
If I do a "linux ks:nfs:server:/filespec" it works just fine. The problem
seems to be that I can't figure out what macro Kickstart wants to obtain it's
bootfile from. From reading the Kickstart documentation, I gather that
Kickstart is looking for "bootfile", and "bootServer", but Solaris has
"BootFile" and "BootSvrA".
I have tried creating my own site macros, but according to snoop, the
Solaris DHCP server is sending the code number instead of the macro name.
Has anyone gotten a Solaris DHCP server to provide the appropriate boot
parameters to make Kickstart happy?
