software for picking up wireless wifi connections ??

any one know where i can get software for picking up wireless wifi
connections ??

i know it can be done by clicking the refresh button in { wireless network
connections }
but i am after something that will refresh the list on its own without me
having to click on a button all the time.

i am running windows XP home edition.
