sounds to me like you've got a trojan horse there..... it keeps sending and
recieveing packages, wether you download or not, i had the same problem,
ecxept that i have no download limit, i had a nice statistics list in my pc
, that i downloaded 80 Gb in 14 days !!
at the command prompt type:
"netstat /a"
to see what ip adresses and ports are open
you can also type "msconfig" at the run command of the start menu (WINXP)
and see what programs are starting up with your booting routine
press CTRL + ALT + DEL (WINXP)
and see what programs are running
go to this page to see if your suspiciens(?) are right about a program that
shouldn't be running
