switch?

Thanks,

All the Microsoft drivers for the Broadband Networking is now stored here:
http://support.microsoft.com/msbbn The products were discontinued by
Microsoft about two years ago.

There is no software needed for the MN-150.

Thanks Jason for that information.

I downloaded a 40 page manual from the Microsoft site and it says software
is required - hence my posting. Thanks for the info - now I don't need to
look any further.

The problem I am trying to resolve is as follows. I obtain broadband
service from an ISP that supplies a modem to the house. However, inside the
house I am trying to connect a desktop PC and two notebook PCs for my college
children so we can file and printer share off the desktop. Am I correct in
determining that I can't do this with the MN-150 as it is an ethernet switch?
To do this I would need a router?

Thanks again for your help and also Chris H.

Cheers,

You'd need a router (the MN150 is not a router).

Otherwise, something else will have to do the routing (i.e. a computer).
