I'm planning a server system and I'm expecting to use up to 5 physical
network interfaces. I just wanted to double check that this will work and I
could not find any related info in the docs. Thanks....

Lots of people do it, but it is not recommended. What are these NICs
going to do? How will your software know which NIC to use? How will you
handle name resolution?

Hi, thanks for the response. The server will be connected to a bunch of
devices on small static ip networks in a control system. There will be no
name resolution etc. We are planning to just use fixed IP addresses and
assign a class C to each interface in the routing table.

Can't think of any problems in a setup like that.
