Does anyone know how to turn my Verizon Wireless Broadband Access on my
laptop into a soft access point? I want my wife to share my internet
access with me when we are on the road together.

I have a built-in wireless network card (Dell Wireless WLAN 1350 WLAN
Mini-PCI Card) and my Verizon wireless broadband card that is installed
into one on my laptop card slots. I tried testing to see if one of
these adapter cards is compatible with PCTel's SoftAP product, but the
NicReader.exe compatibility checker from PCTel
(http://websales.pctel.com/) said that none of my cards is compatible.

Are there other products out there that would work with my Verizon card
and/or can I funnel my Verizon connectivity to my built-in card and
broadcast out from there?

Any help/advice on this would be greatly appeciated.

Thanks,
MCP
