SOCKS client that will pass network traffic from another interface?

Hi,

I'm looking for a SOCKS client for any OS which is capable of passing
(preferably NATed) traffic from another interface.

With this setup, clients would not be aware that their traffic is passing
through SOCKS proxy. They would require no configuration.

Is this possible?
