SOCK_RAW error in Windows 98 when trying to connect

I have set up a wireless network in my home. Both of my computers are
connecting to the router, but the one running Windows 98 won't connect to the
Internet. When I try, a dialogue box displays that says "Error: SOCK_RAW".

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

I have downloaded the updates for Windows 98 but am still having this problem.

Thanks!
