exchange. It leaves me pretty limited doesnt it?

Well, if you want an ISP with good UK-based customer service, there's
Plusnet, Zen and IDNet.

Googled AAISP gave 3 different links all fail, so not a good start.

The previous 3 ISPs do not give unlimited downloads, I play games so prefer
that, they are a lot more expensive with their large download limits.
I guess it hard to find one that is 100% in requirements.
Also in my quick look at the webs sites I did not note that they have News
Servers, ok I know for you to post here you have got round that, but home
users like me like a full package.

It is really difficult after paying monthly charges for a broadband ISP
to find 10 Euros for N.I.N.

Credit Crunch ... ;-)

More commonly known as Andrews and Arnold, but there are lots of URLs..

http://aa.nu
http://sod.ms

AAISP have download limits, but unusually they apply only for downloads
(not uploads) and only 0900-1800 Mon-Fri. There is a 100GB limit outside
those times, but unlimited 0200-0600 as I recall.

Actually there is free access to the Gradwell news server. As it
happens, my news service pre-dates them doing that, but I only pay 10
euro a year. I couldn't do without news, not after 26 years!
