If someone has some webspace and would like to proof-read some "idiot"
level stuff I wrote for users in work, i`d gladly donate. I`m not much
above that level myself :-p

We could have an online FAQ with pictures, and a more simplistic text
file that can be downloaded quickly and printed off perhaps...

What you could do is get a free .tk domain that points to this, so it could
be www.<whatever>.tk, to make it easier to remember.

Excellent idea, thanks. I have registered www.broadbandfaq.tk, just waiting
for it to be activated. Unfortunately, someone has already got
www.broadband.tk, so I couldn't get that. I also tried www.faq.tk, but they
say that is a special domain and want $500/year for it, so that's out.
